Ascend Fitness Club is inside Block25 on Rigainis, Paphos 8028. Block25 is a premium sports destination in Paphos — you'll find Ascend there alongside padel courts and other facilities.
No. Ascend has zero registration fees, no admin fees, and no hidden charges. You pay the plan price and that's it.
Yes — your first class is free. Book through our app or website, show up, train, and then decide. We're confident you'll want to come back.
Memberships can be cancelled at any time through your account dashboard with 30 days' notice. There are no cancellation fees. Your access continues until the end of your paid period.
Unlimited plan members can freeze for up to 4 weeks per year — useful for holidays, injuries, or travel. Freezes can be requested through your member dashboard with at least 5 days' notice. Starter and Class Pack memberships do not include a freeze option.
Credit-based monthly plans (e.g. 8 or 12 workouts per month) give you that many workouts for each billing period. Your period starts on the date you join and renews on the same date each month—not by the calendar month (joining on the 11th means your allowance runs until your next renewal on the 11th, not until the end of the month). Your remaining credits and when they renew are shown under Membership in the app.
No. Workout credits on monthly memberships are for the current billing period only. When your membership renews, you receive a fresh allowance for the new period. Unused workouts from the previous period do not carry over. Class Packs are separate one-off purchases with their own validity and rollover rules.
All members can book classes up to 14 days (336 hours) in advance. This gives everyone fair access to popular time slots while keeping the schedule fresh.
Cancellations made at least 12 hours before class are fully credited back to your account. Late cancellations (under 12 hours) and no-shows are deducted from your class allowance. This keeps the waitlist moving and is fair to other members who want the spot.
You can join the waitlist. If a spot opens up within 6 hours of the class start, you'll receive an automatic notification. Unlimited members receive priority notifications over other plan holders.
Unlimited plan members receive one complimentary guest pass per month. Guests must book in advance and complete a short health questionnaire online. Guest passes cannot be carried over to the following month.
Ascend uses ANT+/Bluetooth dual-mode chest strap sensors — the most accurate consumer-grade option available. Chest straps pick up true electrical cardiac signals (ECG-based), unlike optical wrist sensors which can drift by 10–15 BPM during intense exercise. We provide the sensor; you wear it during every class.
Your data is stored securely on Ascend's platform and is only accessible by you and your coach. We do not sell member data to third parties. You can delete your account at any time from More → Profile & settings → Delete account.
Your dashboard includes: session heart rate trace, time spent in each of the five heart rate zones, estimated calorie burn, training load index (TL score), session performance score (relative to your personal baseline), and trend charts across your training history. Unlimited members have access to full historical data; Starter members see the last 7 days.
No. The studio display shows your live data during class via the sensor. Your post-class dashboard is accessible from any device through your member account. No app installation is required to train, though the app makes booking and dashboard access more convenient.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Card details are never stored on our servers.
Yes — all advertised prices include Cyprus VAT at the applicable rate. No surprises at checkout.
Your first payment is processed immediately on signup. Subsequent payments are charged on the same calendar day each month. You will receive an email receipt for every transaction.
Class Pack credits are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. Any unused credits after this period are forfeited. Up to 3 credits can be rolled over if you purchase a second pack before expiry.
