You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a membership, booking, discount, or class place unless we confirm it in writing.

Prices shown on the website include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Memberships, class packs, and offers may be changed, withdrawn, or updated before purchase. Any confirmed paid membership will be governed by the terms provided at the time of purchase.

Founding member or early-bird offers may be limited in number, time, or eligibility.

Class spaces may be limited and subject to availability.

Cancellation windows, no-show rules, credit use, and booking limits may depend on your membership or class pack.

We may cancel, reschedule, or change classes, coaches, or timetables where necessary. If this affects a paid booking, we will handle credits or refunds in line with applicable law and the relevant membership terms.

Exercise involves risk. You are responsible for deciding whether you are fit to participate.

Please tell us about injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, or other relevant health issues before training.

Our services do not replace medical advice. If you are unsure whether you should exercise, consult a qualified medical professional first.

You must follow coach instructions, studio rules, and safety guidance while using our facilities.

We expect members and visitors to behave respectfully towards staff, coaches, and other members.

We may refuse access, suspend accounts, or cancel bookings where behaviour is unsafe, abusive, disruptive, or breaches these terms.

All website content, branding, logos, text, images, and design belong to Ascend Fitness Club or our licensors unless stated otherwise.

You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without permission.

We aim to provide accurate information and reliable services, but the website may occasionally contain errors or be unavailable.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
